Quality Assurance Report
In collaboration with the Steering Group, FREREF has produced a Quality Assurance Report compiling internal and external evaluation throughout the project. The internal evaluation has assessed the internal management of the project, cood communciation and collaboration between partners, balance in task dispatching, timely deliverables, etc.
The evaluation process has guaranteed that the project has reached its goals and that a continuous and systemic improvement process was sustained. The efficient evaluation has relied on an ongoing appreciation, by the project actors and stakeholders, of the project situation and value. This has enabled actors to take the appropriate action.
