All partners organising LLL-LABS and LLL-FORUMS identified a wide range of experts who have been involved in the LLL-LABS (project research phase) of which at least 15 from each country also have been involved in the LLL-FORUMS (regional/national seminar) and the LLL-AGORA.
In this section of the website we are providing the profiles of the experts selected to take part in the LLL-FORUMS and the LLL-AGORA. It is also possible to register as an external expert if you are working in areas related to the project themes and have an interest in connecting and collaborating with the experts identified by the project.
- Participants have to come from either the practical field of LLL, from policy-making institutions or from an academic background; preferably in equal numbers of each field.
- Participants have to possess knowledge and experience concerning different types of LLL, focus their activities on the labour market or on personal development.

Since 2007 -‘Specialist for social integration’ in the Division for Science, Education and Studies of the Regional Public Library in Kraków; co-ordinator of a number national and international projects including EU-schemes for adults/seniors and young generation; member of non-governmental organisations; official promoter of the Grundtvig Programme and EPALE Platform; Member of the Council of the Senior Policy by the Minister for Labour and Social Politics of Republic of Poland which is an official advisory board and which currently prepares the comprehensive national strategy for seniors social group
Magdalena Jelonek, sociologist, assistant pofessor at the Faculty of Economics and International Relations Cracow University of Economics. Her current research interests focuses on evaluation of public policies, HE sector analysis, intellectual capital and particularly methodology of the social sciences (eg. survey research, performance indicators, quasi experimental design). Over the past four years she participated in 8 research projects financed from the public funds (as a team member or project lader). One of these projects is the Study of Human Capital in Poland - series of five longitudinal nation-wide surveys - http://en.bkl.parp.gov.pl/). She was responsible (inter alia) for the reconstruction of the goals and objectives of the Performance Budget for Poland.

With regard to the research that I have been doing I would like to highlight some of the issues that seem more relevant.
I tried above all, to analyze, within the vast and diverse context of the European Union, different conceptualizations and LLL policy implementations as well as to develop a comparison between LLL policies of five Member States of the EU and we relate them to the specific contexts hence emerge. For this, general EU policy guidelines were analyzed related do LLL. All the work is oriented to answer the question: in the specific political context of the EU, are there different ways of appropriation of LLL policy?
I work as a principal of Szkoła Górska - Non-public Continuing Education Institution established in 2011 r. Szkoła Górska provides Lifelong Learning for adults on post matriculation level. Out graduates receive professional titles of Sport coaches, instructors and officials, Fitness and recreation instructors and program leaders and alike. As a school manager I play the main role in finding solutions for providing better learning environment to all. With this shift in role focus, I currently play multiple roles: school leader, project manager, teachers’ adviser and instructor, and the leader of school reform.
I'm a senior project manager at the International Cooperation Unit of INOVA+. Since 2004, I've been working as a consultant and project manager in national and international cooperation initiatives, including design, development, coordination and evaluation of projects, networking and identification of opportunities for international projects and organisation of national and international events, workshops and seminars.
During the years 2005-12, I worked in the Regional Council of Malopolska (Poland), first in international cooperation in the field of lifelong learning policy, and then in the field of vocational education policy. Then I started a PhD on management. Since 2014 I live in Turkey, where I obtained a research scholarship.
