Our Experts
All partners organising LLL-LABS and LLL-FORUMS identified a wide range of experts who have been involved in the LLL-LABS (project research phase) of which at least 15 from each country also have been involved in the LLL-FORUMS (regional/national seminar) and the LLL-AGORA.
In this section of the website we are providing the profiles of the experts selected to take part in the LLL-FORUMS and the LLL-AGORA. It is also possible to register as an external expert if you are working in areas related to the project themes and have an interest in connecting and collaborating with the experts identified by the project.
- Participants have to come from either the practical field of LLL, from policy-making institutions or from an academic background; preferably in equal numbers of each field.
- Participants have to possess knowledge and experience concerning different types of LLL, focus their activities on the labour market or on personal development.
I have been strictly connected to the Labour Market issues being a part of local government administartion, working on projects involving various labour market institutions providing forms of vocational, social and economic development of the region. I graduated from Economic University in Krakow with a postgraduate degree of Managing European Union Funds. I am also the author and coordinator of various programmes and projects co-finansed by domestic and external funds ( e.g European Union Structural Funds and European Comission) helping people being outside of active employment, employers as well as public benefit institutions ("Making virtue of a necessity - internships in Germany for Polish unemployed" within the framework of Life Long Learning Programme).

Lifelong Learning is the key for peoples' sucess in their personal and professional life. We have to introduce it to our lives already from childhood. Life must be a passion for everyone.

With a background in Human Resources Management, I'm also a certified trainer.
My job as Project Manager includes the coordination and participation in EU and International funded projects and the elaboration of proposals to submit to EU and International funding programmes for Training (e.g. ERASMUS+), Innovation and R&D Projects (e.g. H2020).

It is a pleasure to be part of this team. I hope to contribute to the project with my research and my knowledge.
I believe the Foundation can be an important stakeholder in what concerns LLL. It has more than 50 years of experience in developing and supporting projects in the area of education, in very different contexts and for a wide range of the population. On the other hand, the HR department has been developing internal structured L&D programmes for more than ten years, and has experience in performance evaluation and potential analysis.
I am consultant and project manager for more than 10 years, working mostly in international projects related to training, innovation, international collaboration and human development.

I'm a Psychologist and a HR Specialist interested in learning and teaching always more. My main target in this moment is to share LLL new strategies with the experts of all the partners involved. Another goal is to apply those experiences, in similar contexts, with senior people.
I consider this opportunity that allows me to participate in this Project very stimulating.
