My job is aimed at drafting, implementing and developing projects in several fields, where the education, training and employment guidance has a decisive role.
Erasmus+, "New Skills for New Jobs" or the European Youth Guarantee are some guidelines for my work in this subject in order to provide the Training & Employment Department in the Chamber of results to exploit such as courses, MOOC, European partners, training methodologies and so on.
More than fourteen years working for the integration of Roma. Before I started working in Blagoevgrad municipality I have worked in the administration of the Governor of Blagoevgrad. I believe that education is the key to the integration of the Roma community. It is an essential and determining the future of every person.
I work as a principal of Ninth Primary School in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria from 1998. It is a general comprehensive school with 45 % of pupils from Roma minority and SEN ones. As a school manager I play the main role in finding solutions for providing better learning environment to all. With this shift in role focus, I currently play multiple roles: school leader, project manager, teachers’ adviser and instructor, and the leader of school reform.

I have been a manager in edcation for more than 20 years already. I have got experience in EU educational projects within LLL, part of them connected with VET - Leonardo da Vinci, Comenius, Study visits (CEDEFOP), Grundtvig. I still need an access to new info about new approaches in LLL, new strategies in educating young people and adults, new methods of communication with business to ease the transition of learners to life and jobs. I like to share good practices in edcation and particularly in VETq also ICT in VET.
