I work as a principal of Ninth Primary School in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria from 1998. It is a general comprehensive school with 45 % of pupils from Roma minority and SEN ones. As a school manager I play the main role in finding solutions for providing better learning environment to all. With this shift in role focus, I currently play multiple roles: school leader, project manager, teachers’ adviser and instructor, and the leader of school reform.
