Short description
The main aim of the partnership is to develop an educational guide for lifelong learning based on good cultural education practices, called “Educ-Art-Manual”, as the main deliverable, especially designed for adult training. The project acted as an open cultural school for adults offering meaningful learning experiences in the field of culture in order to improve cultural, communication and social skills for the participating adults and elderly people.

Political and Economic dimensions
Development of activities in order to support the reintegration of unskilled 50+ adults,
* to strengthen the participation of institution’s in formal and informal education,
* to find innovative methods of teaching and learning which are related to basic skills,
* Our partnership has also contributed to adults+50 to update and upgrade their skills
Social dimensions
The project acted as an open cultural school for adults offering meaningful learning experiences in the field of culture in order to improve cultural, communication and social skills as for the participating adults and elderly people. This way the project contributed to connect the cultural identities of local, national and European cultural heritage in a coherent, meaningful, fruitful and effective cooperation benefical for the adults and elderly people in the partner countries.
1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The project acted as an open cultural school for adults offering meaningful learning experiences in the field of culture and civilization in order to improve cultural, communicational personal, social skills and abilities for the participating adults and elderly people.
The main aim of the partnership is to develop an educational guide for lifelong learning based on good cultural education practices, called “Educ-Art-Manual”, as the main deliverable, especially designed for adult training.
A wide range of cultural activities and training courses were organized by each partner on local level employing and involving corresponding cultural organisations, adults, trainers, business and social-care organisations for elderly people. A Manual Book provides information for follow up activities and possible ways of application in different areas as well.
2. ANALYSIS

The manual will provide the necessary tools to successfully address and manage innovation in the adult learning. The proposed manual will be the outcome of the combination of methodologies deriving from the multidisciplinary approach of the members of the partnership as well as from the experience gained during the training courses in the various participating countries.

The partners will implement a number of training courses addressed to adults and 50+ citizens, in the field of culture and arts, in order to contribute to the EU objective to confront the increasing unemployment of adults 50+ and the related problems arising from the ageing population of Europe.
3. LESSONS LEARNT
Regarding the building of a shared definition of LLL in LLL-Hub
The partnership pursues offering the 50+ learners a meaningful life through their participation in cultural activities corresponding to the training courses. Implementing the particular project for 50+ adult participants, they will have the opportunity of having adult training courses on different aspects of culture and arts, in order to master their prior knowledge or acquire new on specific arts and cultural expressions (dance, music, etc) and spend a pleasant and meaningful time during and after the courses.
Regarding the key actors, their roles and activities in LLL
Our strategy is based on the ongoing collaborative work between members of the Partnership and their relevant exchange of know-how, methodologies and good practices. Our approach seeks to develop training and lifelong learning from the cultural and arts’ education.
