Our Experts
All partners organising LLL-LABS and LLL-FORUMS identified a wide range of experts who have been involved in the LLL-LABS (project research phase) of which at least 15 from each country also have been involved in the LLL-FORUMS (regional/national seminar) and the LLL-AGORA.
In this section of the website we are providing the profiles of the experts selected to take part in the LLL-FORUMS and the LLL-AGORA. It is also possible to register as an external expert if you are working in areas related to the project themes and have an interest in connecting and collaborating with the experts identified by the project.
- Participants have to come from either the practical field of LLL, from policy-making institutions or from an academic background; preferably in equal numbers of each field.
- Participants have to possess knowledge and experience concerning different types of LLL, focus their activities on the labour market or on personal development.

I work as an assistant at South-West University "Neofit Rilski" - Blagoevgrad since 2005. I have experience in working with people of different ages and different social status. I have experience in participation in projects - as an expert and as a member of team organization and management of projects. It is my pleasure to participate in this international forum!
I have a Master degree in economy and public administration. From 2003 to 2005 I worked in Silesian Regional Office - internal audit of EU Founds. Since 2005 I have been employed in Regional Labor Office in Cracow as an internal auditor, including EFS - Founds. From March 2013 till now, I have been working on the design and implementation of system VOUCHERS for employees of companies in Malopolska, based on the experience of Wallonia Region.I am responsible for audit of training institutions - training providers for employees.
I am interested in quality management in private and public institution (education, training, consulting) - especialy for young peopel who become "jobseekers".
I work as a head assistant professor in South-West University “Neofit Rilski” Blagoevgrad in the field of Social Pedagogy, educational studies, Management of education.
I like innovation, I help companies to find funds to finance innovation projects. I like helping companies to make real its ideas and projects. In my opinion, education is essential for companies and society in general. Learning is a continuous process, I think that we must never stop learning, and I try to implement this idea wherever I work.

Maria José Sousa
PhD in Management; has developed her professional activities in areas like Innovation, Knowledge Management and Lifelong Learning. She is an author and co-author of several best sellers in ICT and People Management. She has also participated in several national and international projects as part of her research activities. She is also frequent speaker at conferences, mainly on the topics of Innovation and Knowledge Management and Research Methodology.
I graduated in Educational Sciences from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Lisbon, in the area of specialization Teacher and Adult Education, Master in Educational Technology based on instructional designer materials at the same university. In 2012 specialized in Strategic Innovation and Competitive Intelligence, and in 2013 I completed the Advanced Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management-PAEGI, on the Portuguese Catholic University, one of the recognized Universities internationally. I´m a native Portuguese speaker, and an independent user in English, and also a basic user of French and Spanish.
I always take my role seriously and I am passionate about the results.
