Our Experts
All partners organising LLL-LABS and LLL-FORUMS identified a wide range of experts who have been involved in the LLL-LABS (project research phase) of which at least 15 from each country also have been involved in the LLL-FORUMS (regional/national seminar) and the LLL-AGORA.
In this section of the website we are providing the profiles of the experts selected to take part in the LLL-FORUMS and the LLL-AGORA. It is also possible to register as an external expert if you are working in areas related to the project themes and have an interest in connecting and collaborating with the experts identified by the project.
- Participants have to come from either the practical field of LLL, from policy-making institutions or from an academic background; preferably in equal numbers of each field.
- Participants have to possess knowledge and experience concerning different types of LLL, focus their activities on the labour market or on personal development.

I worked as a pedagogical councelor at Nevrokop Vocational School Dimitar Talev for 18 years and I dealt with young people's problems, interests and dreams. At the moment I work as the principal of the same school. There are 61 teachers and 700 students in the school who are trained in four professional fields: Economics, Tourism, Technics and Garment production. I am interested in Life-long learning projects.

Supporting young people in career planning process by exploring their individual potential, assisting in their quest for information and direction, as well as empowering them using their own strengths and resources. Also designing and implementing projects, trainings and teaching programs on vocational guidance. Committed to numerous local and national initiatives that are aimed to promote lifelong learning and improve the coordination between the education and labour market sectors. Interested in finding international partners for further cooperation.
Making LLL reality in Bulgaria.
I have recently started working as a Junior expert "Sustainable Development and European Integration" in the Municipality of Blagoevgrad. I would like to gain knowledge and to grow up professionally in this area.

Hi everyone, glad to be part of this community:)
My participation in the LLL HUB will allow to obtain knowledge and new experience. The knowledge that I hope to gain from their advise will allow me to use effective methods in my every-day work. I am an open person, always willing to learn new things and accept new challenges. I’m ready to experience novel methods for educating the young and the adults. Since visiting new places is an educational experience, meeting new people and places would be more than beneficial for my personal development and would allow me to acquire contacts for potential international cooperation on behalf of my organization.
Adult education is one of the weakest sides of the education system in Poland. Because of that the huge amount of human capital is wasted. But there is no simple answer how the level of participation of adult Poles in education can be increased.
